We recently finished up another premium deck project. A moisture barrier, drip edge, Hardie fascia, and led light kit were installed. The custom metal railings are powder coated. I intend for my decks to last 50 years.

I really enjoyed this deck project. All framing members were treated with a waterproof membrane. The deck is skirted with James Hardie siding. A concrete curb and landing was placed to create separation from the dirt. The decking is installed with blind fasteners.

Another add a second story project. We added 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, plus some storage closets. The large patio door was a nice touch.

Nearly the entire roof was removed from this home to add a second floor over the garage. Scissor trusses were needed over the kitchen and living room area to allow head height to the addition. The entry way was also made larger. We were responsible for demolition, framing, roofing, concrete, and window installation.

We just recently finished this deck. The hole at the bottom of the stairs was filled in to make for a shorter run of stairs and save on railing cost. I had a couple days between jobs so I decided to fabricate the railings as well. Many thanks to Top Coat Finishing for the excellent powder coating work.

A kitchen remodel that was just completed. The walls were skim coated to remove excessive texture and blemishes. The range hood has a remote blower, so it is really quiet. We added a pantry with bypass doors. The doors were jam and cased for a completed look and a special corner that opens the walking path was used.

We just finished several projects for a new client. We removed all the flooring on the main level for the installation of LVP. With careful measuring we were able to seamlessly join the flooring through the stairs and hallway without transition trim. We installed a door to the master bathroom. The master bedroom closet organizer was updated to better fit their needs. Then we assembled and installed barn doors over the closet.
