🛠️ The Leader Behind the Standards Your Home Deserves 🏡
When I started building Landmark Plumbing Solutions, I knew one thing from the beginning: finding the right Responsible Master Plumber would be the single most important decision I'd make.
I wasn't simply looking for someone with technical knowledge or years of experience. I was looking for someone who believed in the same things I do. Someone who believes homeowners deserve honest answers instead of confusing explanations, clear communication instead of uncertainty, and professionalism measured not only by the quality of the work but by the respect shown to every customer and every home.
That's exactly why I'm excited to introduce Manny, Landmark's Responsible Master Plumber and the leader responsible for our field operations.
Plumbing has been part of Manny's life from the very beginning. As a teenager, he learned the trade working alongside his father, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and respect for doing every job the right way. After more than a decade of hands-on experience, he recently achieved one of the profession's highest accomplishments by earning his Texas Master Plumber License.
What impressed me most, however, wasn't his résumé. It was his character! Technical skills can be taught and refined over time. Character, integrity, and the way someone treats people are much harder to find. Manny possesses both.
That character isn't something Manny turns on when he puts on a work shirt. Whether he's spending time with his family, working out, enjoying a day of fishing, or walking into a customer's home, he's the same person: humble, hardworking, dependable, and someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way.
From our very first conversations, it became clear that Manny shares the same vision that inspired Landmark. He believes homeowners deserve to understand exactly what's happening in their home, why a repair is needed, what options are available, and how the work will be completed. He takes pride in making sure every customer feels informed, respected, and confident before a job begins.
As Landmark grows, Manny will play a key role in building our field team, mentoring future plumbers, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship our community deserves.
