🚨 Another Roof Problem Caught Before It Became Even Worse! 🚨

Today we were called out to a local restaurant/bar after they noticed a large accumulation of water on their roof deck.

After performing a thorough inspection, we discovered that the previous installation did not include proper water drainage, allowing water to pool instead of draining away. Standing water like this can lead to structural damage, leaks, mold, and costly repairs if left unaddressed.

As an immediate preventative measure, our team secured the affected area with a tarp to help protect the building until we returned to complete the permanent repair.
