This shake shingle exterior had peeling paint, wood rot under the soffit, and some shingles that had been damaged and needed to be replaced. You can see through these photos our process in making sure all peeling paint is removed, wood replaced where needed, and sanded to ensure a phenomenal end product!

A HUGE shout out to Vahey & Cindy B. Gregorian for allowing American Pride Painting,LLC the privilege of giving their historical home a complete overhaul on the exterior!
Lots of TLC went into this one…extensive wood rot repair, rebuilt deck railing, and of course the paint. I‘m so blessed to be able to live out my dream of being a small business owner. The recipe has been simple. Be fair, treat people with respect, communicate well, and always provide excellent work.
