Building a solid brick veneer wall isn't just about stacking bricks.
🧱⚒️Here's a look at the process step-by-step:
1️⃣ Moisture Protection & Air Cavity: Leaving an air space behind the brick allows moisture to drain away freely without touching the interior framing.
2️⃣ Securing with Wall ties: lock the brick veneer firmly to the structure so it stays straight, stable, and secure against wind and pressure.
3️⃣ Laying & Leveling: Each course of cored red brick is laid using a classic running bond, keeping our sightlines level and bed joints completely uniform.
4️⃣ Striking the Joints: Before the mortar sets up, we use a jointer tool to strike and pack every joint tight.
