Flag Gutter giving out a shoutout to CrossFit Coal! Rally cool people over there staying in shape! We did a repair and tune-up for their building managed by Mark Cantrell! Really appreciate the work and the opportunity. Felt like we were doing a 7 hour CrossFit session. I was getting 🥵!
