COMMUNITY...
Riverview Launch is a community hub located along the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail and on the bank of the Kalamazoo River.

The project transforms four existing buildings, including a former florist shop, a boiler building, a storage garage and a greenhouse, connecting them with a new building to form a campus-like facility that will be home for the Kalamazoo County Land Bank Authority and other community-based not-for-profit organizations. Interior and exterior spaces for community gatherings are also included.

How can one enjoy their lakeside home, even when inside? Is it possible to achieve throughout the entire home? Our aim here is to shepherd a union between the beauty of the outdoors, with an equally restorative indoor space.

The exciting part was in collaborating on how to achieve this and create a tailored solution for generations to enjoy... Natural light and lake views create a sense of calm throughout the home. Open spaces invite gathering and connection, while private rooms offer places to retreat, focus, and recharge. All enhanced by natural views, textures and light.

Brookside Learning Center's playground refresh, part of the Phase II projects for Heritage Southwest ISD, is nearing completion in Cassopolis. The work is expected to wrap up within the week—just in time to welcome students back with a refreshed place to play.
