Our Woodland Revival remodel is full steam ahead.
Demo is done and the vaulted ceilings are framed in, which completely changed the feel of the house. This is the phase where the design really starts to take off.
At Jacobson Builders, we love getting our clients on-site during this stage. It's one thing to look at a blueprint, but it's another to walk the gutted house and map out exactly where every outlet, light switch, and plumbing fixture will live. We use this time to show them how all the "guts" of the house work together before we close up the walls.
In just a few weeks, this place will look completely different with drywall, trim, and everything else going up.
