🏡 Coming Soon – Completely Remodeled Home on Race Street!

We’re excited to share one of our latest renovation projects that’s nearing completion and will be hitting the market soon!

This wasn’t just a remodel—it was a complete transformation. The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with quality and longevity in mind.

Some of the major upgrades include:
✔️ New exterior siding and windows
✔️ Brand-new roof
✔️ New HVAC system (inside and out)
✔️ New drywall, flooring, and paint
✔️ New electrical panel, wiring, switches, and outlets
✔️ New plumbing throughout
✔️ New cabinets and granite countertops
✔️ Brand-new sewer line

With virtually every major component replaced, the new owner can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with owning a home that’s been completely updated from top to bottom.

Take a look at the before and after photos to see just how dramatic the transformation has been!

If you’re looking for a move-in-ready home with modern finishes and all the major systems already replaced, keep an eye on this one. More details will be coming soon!

🏡 Throwback to One of Our 2025 Projects!
Here’s another project we never got around to sharing!
Last year, NEA Pro Builders completed a full remodel for Curtis & Cheryl Merritt, and this wasn’t your typical remodel.
We completely gutted the home, removed and replaced all of the floor joists, reworked the framing, and transformed the entire layout into a completely new open-concept floor plan. By the time it was finished, it felt like an entirely different home.
A huge thank you to Curtis & Cheryl Merritt for trusting us with such a major transformation. We appreciate the opportunity to bring your vision to life and hope you’ve made many great memories in your new home.
I’m not the best at keeping Facebook updated—or remembering to take enough pictures 😅—but I’m going to do a better job of sharing some of the projects we’ve been blessed to complete.
Whether you’re looking to build a custom home, renovate your existing home, or take on a major remodel, NEA Pro Builders would love the opportunity to help bring your vision to life.

A little overdue, but better late than never! 😅

If you know me, you know I’m not the best at remembering to post updates or advertise our work. Most of my time is spent building houses instead of posting about them! I’m also terrible at taking pictures during the build or even after it’s finished, so I apologize for the lack of photos.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to two amazing families who trusted NEA Pro Builders to build their custom homes this past year.

🏡 Jeremy & Brittany Coats – Thank you for allowing us to build your beautiful home. It was an honor to be part of such an exciting chapter for your family.

🏡 Dexter & Brittany Ward – Thank you for trusting us to bring your vision to life. We truly appreciate the opportunity to build your family’s home.

Building a home is one of the biggest investments a family can make, and we never take that responsibility lightly. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust both families placed in us, and we hope your homes are filled with years of great memories.

Thank you again for choosing NEA Pro Builders. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping many more families build their dream homes.
