We’re putting the finishing touches on all of the grease trap lines, floor sinks, and floor drains before the concrete pour on Friday. These are the parts of the job that most people will never see, but they’re the foundation of a plumbing system that’s built to last.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for blessing us with great weather, giving us the strength, wisdom, and guidance to tackle a rough-in of this size. None of this would be possible without Him.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to my crew. They’ve been coming in early, putting in the work, and giving 100% every single day. Their dedication, craftsmanship, and work ethic are what make jobs like this possible. I couldn’t ask for a better team.

We’re excited to see this restaurant take shape and can’t wait for the next phase of construction!

🚧 Progress Update: McAlister’s Deli – Commercial New Construction 🚧

The underground work is moving right along at the future McAlister’s Deli! 💪

Friday we wrapped up Part 1 of the sanitary sewer rough-in, getting the underground drainage system laid out and ready before the slab is poured. Every fitting and elevation matters, and we’re proud to deliver clean, code-compliant work that sets the foundation for the entire project.

Next up on Monday: Grease trap installation and grease waste line. Stay tuned as we continue bringing this project to life!
