Another employee appreciation/team bonding day in the books! 🎉

We decided to take Jacob and Hannah out for a day away from work to show our appreciation for all the hard work they put in day after day.

In this industry, days can get long, hot, stressful, and physically demanding. That’s why it’s important to step away once in a while, recharge, and enjoy some time together outside of work. Building a strong team isn’t just about working hard—it’s also about creating memories, having fun, and showing appreciation for the people who help make it all possible.

We’re incredibly thankful for Jacob and Hannah and everything they do for our team. Their dedication, positive attitudes, and willingness to show up and give their best every day do not go unnoticed.

Here at H&E Revision Landscaping we like to spoil our employees.

Today was a little different than our normal work day!

We surprised our employee Jacob by making him think we were heading out to work, but instead we took a team bonding day and spent the day in Amish Country having some fun and making some memories.

We wanted to take the opportunity to show our appreciation for all of Jacob’s hard work over the past month. He has played a huge role in helping us complete some major projects that would have taken much longer without his help. His dedication, work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have not gone unnoticed.

No matter if it’s a 10-hour day or a 3-hour day, Jacob shows up with a positive attitude and gives his best effort. That’s the kind of person every business is grateful to have on their team.

We’re thankful for everything you’ve done for us, brother. Your hard work helps us continue to grow and serve our customers at a high level.

Three years without a proper cleanup can really take a toll on a property, but what a transformation this one turned out to be! We completely refreshed the landscape, cleaned everything up, and brought this property back to life. We also power washed and resealed the patio, something that hadn’t been done in many, many years, giving it a fresh new look and helping protect it for years to come.🪏

Another satisfied customer reminds us why we love what we do. As a small business, we’re incredibly appreciative of homeowners who understand the time, effort, and attention to detail that goes into projects like these—from the initial visit and consultation, to preparing the estimate, and finally completing the work in a timely and professional manner.🤝

We completely transformed this property by creating several brand new landscape beds, installing many new plants and trees, building a rock bed completely from scratch, transplanting existing plants, and mulching the entire property to bring everything together. 🌳🌿🪨

Projects like this take a lot of planning, hard work, and attention to detail, but seeing the final result makes it all worth it. We truly appreciate every customer who gives our small business the chance to bring their vision to life.
