This 1,800-square-foot Hudson Bonus Ranch was custom-built for a great customer and includes three gabled porches. The spacious rear porch is the real showstopper—perfect for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends! ☀️

Inside, the home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is highlighted by a linear electric fireplace with beautiful river rock stone veneer, a wood mantel and white painted shiplap accents on both sides. 🔥

The kitchen features two-tone, modern shaker-style cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, chimney-style range hood, stainless steel farmhouse sink and a complete walk-in pantry. 🤍

The primary bathroom includes a huge custom shower with a river rock tile floor, wood-look tile walls and a half wall topped with clear glass. 🚿
