Well with the help of my Jacob, we were able to clear most of the garden debris. Beds are mostly ready and tomorrow I'll start sowing some root veg. Maybe I'll have the energy to make a video 🤷

I'm in my happy season! I planted extras this year for the inevitable die offs😘 Looking forward to another year of growing. Seedtime makes it so easy to plan, execute, cultivate, harvest, and preserve. Everything I need for a successful yr. Now all I need is the time😵‍💫🤣❣️

Well I have super exciting news!! I am officially a New Country Organics distributor. I love the animal feed. I've used NCO products for my chickens for a long time...close to 8 years. When I moved to Johnston, SC. I couldn't find it for the longest time. And then I found a distributor fairly close to me. And now I am a distributor for parts of the Aiken and Edgefield county community.

BEEF BONE BROTH
I started making chicken bone broth several years ago. Chicken bones were easy to source and I had no idea about "clean" food back then. I just new that I was sick and the bone broth seemed to help me feel better.
I expanded my bone broth making skills and tried a vegetable broth and a pork broth.Neither of those tickled my taste buds though. I always wanted to try a beef broth but finding the right bones seemed impossible.
This picture shows my newest recipe of canned beef bone broth. It definitely cooks congeals differently. But the flavor is sooo rich and flavorful.
