Kentucky Solar Energy Society (Kentucky Solar Energy Society "KYSES")partnered with the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA) to develop a comprehensive workforce development program. This initiative is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and training to meet the increasing demand for solar installations in the coming years.

Importance of Workforce Development: As the solar energy sector continues to expand rapidly, it is essential to ensure that there are enough qualified professionals available to support this growth.
