The customer contacted us to address the issue of unstable basement stairs that posed a safety hazard. The project involved carefully removing the existing, worn-out stairs and constructing new, sturdy stringers that would provide a solid framework. We also installed new risers and treads, ensuring that they were both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, we finished the new stairs with a rich coat of stain to enhance their appearance and protect the wood, resulting in a safe and attractive staircase for the customer's basement.

Customer called wanting to replace a severely deteriorated exterior door. As you can see the door is rusted and the brick moulding is rotted from water damage. Customer wanted the old door replaced with a pre-hung door without a window.

The customer contacted us to discuss replacing their deteriorated and non-secure entry door in a historic brick house. This door had fallen into disrepair, compromising both its functionality and security. Given the unique size of the doorframe, we custom ordered a new door to ensure a proper fit. Additionally, the customer specifically requested that the new door's hinges be designed to swing outward rather than inward, which required a special type of security hinge to be installed.
