A busy week as usual!
We installed some flooring, including stair treads and finished some drywall repairs so it's all ready to paint.
Tuesday we evaluated some storm damage in Osage City at one of our customers homes, where thier carport was blown over to see about repairing it and getting it back upright.
We also returned to Play On High Street to knock some items off their punch list to get everything completed and city and fire inspections passed. We fixed a duct taped wire mess that was the cause of no ground in the bathroom outlet, added a supported brace above the drop ceiling and a chandelier below after. We installed a reverse osmosis water system, ice machine, and beverage cooler in the kitchen area, as well as replace the sink strainer that was bad.
To get things up to s***f for the fire dept, we had to re-work the locks on the front and back door since they were locked by a double keyed deadbolt. We bored the hole on the front door and had to make a customer extension to fit the Schlage smart lock on the 2 1/4" thick door, and we gutted the old deadbolt on the back door to make
It innoperable, and drilled and added a keyed / lever style deadbolt above it. We also hung some play stations as well as the bathroom mirror.
