I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. While I’m out chasing storms and putting in long hours, you’re holding everything together. You take care of the kids, take care of me, and never complain, even today, on your birthday, you’re spending it out on a roof with me.

People see the trucks, the jobs, and the business growing, but they don’t see the sacrifices you make behind the scenes that make it all possible. None of this would’ve happened without you.

The last few months have brought storm after storm, and I just want to say thank you to everyone who has trusted Full-Scope Restoration LLC with your insurance claim and restoration project.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that complete strangers have trusted us with one of their biggest investments—their home. At the same time, some of the biggest disappointments have come from people we thought would support us. Funny how life works sometimes.

This one is still really not sitting right with me. This is a prime example of why you want to hire a professional who knows how to deal with the insurance industry.

After weeks of delays and canceled inspections, this homeowner insurance company, finally got a third-party adjuster out, and they still said there was “no damage” and denied the claim.

We asked for a reinspection and were told to “send photos,” if we thought they had it wrong, so we did… because the damage is clearly there.

Honestly, it’s frustrating seeing homeowners pay for coverage and then have to fight this hard to be heard.

We’ll keep pushing until it’s treated fairly.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. 🇺🇸

As a family-owned construction and storm restoration company, this day means even more to us because our dad is a veteran who survived his service and taught us the value of hard work, sacrifice, and serving others.
