What you working on Wednesday?

We are currently working on an old farmhouse in Pottstown, PA. We are adding a two story side addition that will be a new garage on the lower level and a primary bedroom suite above. We are also adding a front addition that will be the new foyer, pantry and office. To round everything off, we are updating the front porch and creating an expanded ding room. We are transforming this outdated house into a beautiful luxury farmhouse.

Sellersville, PA

The first part of this project was to redesign the front entrance, to add a covered porch. We removed the outdated decorative trim and gave it more of a modern look with black doors and windows. The porch has a standing seam metal roof, large columns on stone bases.
For the rear sunroom addition, the client wanted to have a space that could function as both interior and exterior spaces. We designed two set of Nanawalls at the interior and exterior walls. In the cold months, the exterior Nanawall can be closed and the interior space functions as an extension of their current house. In the warmer months, the interior Nanawall can be closed and the interior space can be an extension to their outdoor patio and pool spaces. The interior was also design with a cozy fireplace and large skylights. All of the glass really makes this a beautiful multi-functional addition to their house.

Carversville, PA

This project was 5 years in the making and is finally completed. We converted an old barn into a beautiful and spacious residence. We added a front porch with columns to make a more elegant front entrance. We also added a large dormer, which provides a sunroom off the primary bedroom. A new Kitchen is located in the large two-story barn space. Just when we thought the project was complete, the owner now has plans for adding a screened porch.

The existing b**r distributor space was a mess. We took half of the space (approx. 1,500 sf.) and converted it into an Edible Arrangements. The store is now open for business, so if your in the need for fresh fruit, stop by the Trevose Shopping Center on Brownsville Road, in Trevose, PA.

Throw Back Thursday

This was a project I completed in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, back at the height of the pandemic. The client wanted a series of outdoor spaces that complimented their pool area. Their backyard was constantly in direct sunlight, with no escape for the heat or sun glare. They wanted a covered porch, with a gas fireplace and TV for entertaining guests, while also being able to escape the sun. They also wanted a higher tiered, composite deck with seating and outdoor kitchen area.
