This week was intense! Closed out our Jax Beach project, finished up Hale Nani apartments water main improvements, landscape and irrigation were installed on our Arlington project and won our first 6 figure job that will start late 2026 or early 2027! Can’t emphasize enough how grateful we are for the crew we have. We didn’t leave the apartment complex water main improvement until after 9pm last night due to new breaks popping up on the old brittle AC water main. They didn’t complain one single time and I think we all were beyond exhausted. These guys share a work ethic, pride in what they do and see the value in seeing a job through and we are blessed to have them work alongside us. Divided and conquered this week! Arlington project is ready for landscaping and final touches after concrete was poured this week. While half the crew was on that project the other half started our Neptune Beach apartment complex water main improvement project. Cutting in valves so that sections can be isolated instead of turning off the entire complex if there’s an issue. HUGE shout out to the team, Slappey, Kevin, DJ and John for pushing through the unbearable heat and making things happen! These guys are professionals that not only take pride in what they do but manage to keep smiles on their faces in the most extreme conditions. The guys on the ground with the tools are the backbone of this industry and we couldn’t be more grateful to have a great team. Kadin has worked for us on a part time/as needed basis since March of this year, unfortunately he was in a serious e scooter accident and has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Kadin’s dad has not only been a friend to us over the last 4 years but has been a huge part of the success of our business. Kadin has worked for us and is a phenomenal young man. Closing out the week with a concrete traffic signal foundation removal on Atlantic blvd & final grade for sod at our beach blvd turn lane removal project. 26 pallets of sod coming in hot in the morning! Next week we’re closing out a couple of our longer term projects. Great end to a great week and looking forward to the next round of projects ahead. Tuesday August 4th is our 1 year anniversary of starting our first project and we couldn’t be more grateful for our crew and clients that have made this 1st year so much more than we expected it could be! Looking forward to crushing goals in year 2. 💪 Y’all have a great weekend!

Pipe work is definitely our first love! Had a great time slamming some pipe and drainage inlets in the ground at Melbourne Beach the last couple days for Concept Construction and Demolition on a FDOT drainage and sidewalk improvement project. Was awesome working side by side with people we’ve been in the industry with for 10 years.
