Coastal Custom Woodwork is growing, and we are looking for dependable people to join our team.
We build commercial millwork and high-end residential cabinetry in a fully equipped production shop using Microvellum, CNC equipment, and an edgebander.
We are interested in:
• Experienced cabinetmakers
• Commercial casework builders
• Cabinet assemblers
• Finish and trim carpenters
• CNC and woodworking-machine operators
• Mechanically inclined production workers who are serious about learning the trade
Experienced candidates should be able to work accurately, understand cabinet construction, follow shop drawings, solve problems, and consistently arrive ready to work at the scheduled starting time.
Cabinetmaking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates with mechanical ability, measurement skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Starting pay of $20–$25 per hour based on demonstrated experience
• Documented performance and wage review after 90 days
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

$1,000 REFERRAL PROGRAM
