Candidates who show great judgment and clear communication move forward to a short Zoom interview and then a paid field trial.
💡 We only invite one person to the field trial at a time — it’s not a competition round. If you’re asked to do it, it means you’re our top choice and we just want to confirm you can do what you say you can before making it official.
