THIS IS WHAT RATS DO IN ATTICS. 🐀

Bye-bye, internet. 👋

Rats don't just make noise at night. They can chew through wiring, insulation, ductwork and other materials while turning your attic into their personal playground.

Good thing this homeowner called CWP before things got worse.

Hearing scratching, scurrying or other sounds at night?

Give CWP a call and schedule your FREE inspection.

SPOTTED: This squirrel found the VIP entrance. 🐿️

Squirrels can squeeze into some crazy tight spaces to find shelter, warmth... or in this case, a little relief from the Florida heat.

It may look harmless, but once they find a way in, squirrels can cause damage to insulation, wiring, soffits and other parts of your home.

Good news: CWP is on the way.

Because when it's this hot outside... wouldn't you look for the coolest spot too?

One solution. Two big benefits: better comfort and better pest protection.
