Since 1917, we have been serving clients large and small with a simple philosophy... take care of the customer and the customer will take care of you. With our rich history in the contracting business and the design-build approach to construction, we have tackled just about every problem you can imagine. Today, we have grown into a nationally recognized full service mechanical and electrical contractor serving a majority of the United States. Whether it is designing HVAC systems, electrical services, plumbing and piping systems, or maintaining your building once it’s complete... our dedicated team won’t stop until you are satisfied. As part of Comfort Systems USA with over 40 sister companies, S.M. Lawrence has the capabilities and the resources to be a part of any building project. In addition to an in-house engineering staff, we have electrical, plumbing, process piping, HVAC, and service capabilities to provide a single source for all of your mechanical and electrical needs.
