Just completed the installation of a Navien NCB combination boiler and water heater. The Navien replaced an older less efficient boiler and water heater. It is up to 95% efficient and will save room and money on heating costs. It's also eligible for rebates from NJ Natural Gas. This is a recent water heater upgrade where we replaced a 25 year old water heater with a new Bradford White natural gas water heater. We also added a drain pan and a Flood Stop automatic shutoff valve on the cold water inlet. If the water heater ever leaks the Flood Stop valve will detect water and shut off the water supply, minimizing any water damage.
