This Saturday, we’re celebrating a very special milestone — 50 years of building by Leonard Diffee!

Since 1976, Leonard has spent his career building homes, neighborhoods, friendships, and a legacy that means so much to our family and this community. We would love for the people who have been a part of those 50 years to come by and celebrate with us.

Some kids grew up on ball fields. Cori and her siblings grew up on job sites.🚜

Some of their earliest memories were climbing through houses under construction, watching their dad turn blueprints into homes. They didn't realize it then, but they were witnessing the beginning of a legacy.

They probably didn't realize those days were about so much more. They were learning the value of hard work, taking pride in doing things the right way, and seeing firsthand what it means to build something that lasts.

Another DT Construction home is coming to life! It's been so much fun watching this one come together—from the framing stage to all the beautiful finishing touches.

✨ This home is officially **PENDING**, and we couldn't be happier for its future homeowners! Thank you to everyone who has followed along throughout the building process.
