Some kids grew up on ball fields. Cori and her siblings grew up on job sites.🚜

Some of their earliest memories were climbing through houses under construction, watching their dad turn blueprints into homes. They didn't realize it then, but they were witnessing the beginning of a legacy.

They probably didn't realize those days were about so much more. They were learning the value of hard work, taking pride in doing things the right way, and seeing firsthand what it means to build something that lasts.

Another DT Construction home is coming to life! It's been so much fun watching this one come together—from the framing stage to all the beautiful finishing touches.

✨ This home is officially **PENDING**, and we couldn't be happier for its future homeowners! Thank you to everyone who has followed along throughout the building process.

Stay tuned... we've got more homes under construction in Shepherds Field, and I can't wait to share the progress with you!

Cori came across an old newspaper article this week, and it made us realize something we hadn't really stopped to think about...

This year marks 50 years since Leonard Diffee started building homes.

Fifty years of early mornings, job sites, long days, and a commitment to building quality homes for families across West Tennessee.

I've had the privilege of working alongside Leonard for the past 23 years, and I've learned that building a home is about a lot more than lumber and bricks. It's about doing things the right way, treating people honestly, and taking pride in your work.

Over the next few months, we're looking forward to sharing some of the stories and memories from those 50 years.

Congratulations, Leonard, on an incredible milestone and a legacy you should be proud of.
