Most AC problems aren’t what people think. And that’s where a lot of homeowners get burned.

We see it all the time here in Southern Utah… system not cooling right → someone comes out → tops off the refrigerant → leaves.

But the real issue?

Airflow.

If your system can’t breathe, it can’t perform. Simple as that.

Here are a few things that quietly cause problems in homes every day:

Dirty evaporator coils blocking airflow
