Our very own Christmas elves, CEO John Kaprales, President Rick Wasmund and Vice President Tommy Spalla, were busy assembling Christmas bags for our Field Technician's. We are very blessed to be celebrating some special milestones this year at Comm Zone ! Technician Dan Swayze was presented with a 15 year service award. Technician Howard Offord and Warehouse Manager Anthony Napoli both received 5 year service awards. Their hard work and dedication to our family is what helps to keep us successful. We may not have celebrated like we wanted to but, here at Comm Zone, we always focus on the positive side of things and understand how great it is to be part of this family. MERRY CHRISTMAS from our Family to yours ! Be Safe and "God Bless us, everyone".

Our team is our family. We celebrated Christmas last week with a fine family dinner and great news for our upcoming year. Always great to see these smiling faces together. Thank you to our Field Technicians. Our teamwork always keeps us in the game !!!

Every year for the Christmas holiday we at Communication Zone honor one of our former project managers by carrying on his legacy. Bruce Ponx was our colleague, friend and family member. He lost his battle with cancer in 2016. Bruce radiated positivity. No matter how the cards were stacked against him, he always found a way to stay positive and “pay it forward.” His love for life and infectious smile is something that we will take with us wherever we go. We honor Bruce every year with the Bruce Ponx legacy award. The award is given to someone whom our family chooses that exemplifies the same positivity that our friend did. This year we have chosen Kevin Posen. Kevin is a kind and generous person that would’ve had some incredible conversations with Bruce. Kevin has chosen to “pay it forward” by giving his donation to the Boy Scouts of America. This organization helped Kevin out as a child growing up and helped turn him into the man he is today. We were honored to have Kevin and his family there while he excepted the award. Thank you Kevin for continuing to pay it forward just like our old buddy Bruce.

Communication Zone 2019 Christmas Party !!!

We are very blessed to celebrate our 17th Christmas party together. This year we are honored to celebrate several service awards. Dave Everett received a 5 year service award. Technician Bill Rodenberg received a 10 year service award. Technicians Todd Chalkey, Brandon Hickey and Ryan Harris received 15 year service awards. Our Vice President, Tommy Spalla, received a 15 year service award as well. Their dedication to our Comm Zone family is a strong part of the driving force that moves us. We are very blessed to able to provide this gratitude to our employees. Thank you.

Our Communication Zone Golf Team participated in the 2019 IBEW Local 176 Dad’s Day Golf Outing to benefit Juvenile Diabetes Relief Fund on July 8th. Led by technicians Ryan Harris, Kris West, Mike Creger and Superintendent Joe Maselli, the CommZone team finished in second place with a -9 score. Highlights on the day were definitely Ryan Harris’ closest to the pin winner, Kris West with a great short game, Joe Maselli sinking some key putts and Mike Creger showing his “strength” with his old Driver !! Thank you to all involved for a great day of golf for a great cause !!!

Our Communication Zone Family is very blessed and grateful to have celebrated our 17 Year Anniversary this past month ! Thank you to our our friends and family that have supported us ! A huge thank you to our President, John Kaprales and Vice President, Rick Wasmund for leading us all these years. Their leadership as well as all of the hard work put in by our CommZone staff and technicians has kept us ahead of the game in which technology is always advancing.
