The most expensive design mistakes happen before construction starts.
That’s why we build detailed 3D models that allow us to study layout, functionality, lighting, and flow before making real 🌎 decisions…
These tools help us walk clients through different options, visualize the space, and solve problems on paper instead of in the field.
For this project, our design team developed detailed floor plans and 3D renderings to make sure the layout, flow, and overall vision were dialed in before a single wall is touched.
A lot of work goes into getting a project right long before demo day. Every wall, doorway, window, and measurement gets documented and mapped out before we start designing. These detailed floor plans become the foundation for layout improvements, 3D modeling, construction planning, budgeting, and material coordination.
A lot of thought went into sizing this island. The goal was to maximize seating and functionality while maintaining comfortable circulation throughout the kitchen. Small adjustments on paper can make a big difference in how a space feels in real life.
One of the benefits of a 3D floor plan is being able to evaluate flow and furniture placement before construction begins. It’s often where we catch small adjustments that lead to a more functional final layout.
