The water heater worked—until the wiring melted and the homeowner had no hot water.

An unqualified person had done the electrical hookup. We found the burned connection, repaired the wiring, and got their hot water back.

Getting it to turn on isn’t enough. It needs to be installed correctly.

The EV charger was working — but something wasn’t right.

The customer called because the car wasn’t charging fast enough. While troubleshooting, we found another issue: aluminum wire connected to equipment clearly marked COPPER ONLY.

We’re correcting the installation so the customer can have reliable charging power.

If you’re installing an EV charger, make sure it’s installed and configured properly from the start.
