Mart, Inc. is looking for Two project managers that have complete organization skills and the responsibility needed to effectively lead a construction team to completion on projects in a cost effect and on time manner. Must be a self-starter and desire to learn with a positive can-do attitude.
The Skills that are required:
•Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
•Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
•Good planning skills, including design ex*****on, resource allocation and contingencies
•Problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting and conflict management, Ability to lead and inspire
•Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
•Be able to identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as necessary.
The Responsibilities that will be expected to perform this Job are:
•Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
•Collaborate with clients, Superintendents, and Sub-contractors to determine timeline
•Coordinate materials and equipment delivery
•Create schedules for tasks needed trades needed
•Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines without sacrificing quality or cost
•Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
•Monitor and report on project progress,
•Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
•Attend production meetings
•Ensuring quality standards are met
•Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specification, and other documentation
•Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage several work loads of several projects at one time.
•Computer skills including, New Forma, Projects, Sage 100 and paperless, Microsoft Office, Excel and contracting management applications
