One of the largest REITs in the world is currently developing 400 acres that has been rezoned and entitled as industrial space. Moote is currently supporting them with all the offsite infrastructure consisting of cost estimates, public and private purchasing, construction management, project management and reimbursement services. The offsite infrastructure associated with this project is roughly $220 million.

Improvements Moote is overseeing:
Demolition, Sewer, Domestic Water, Recycled Water, Storm Drain and Dry Utilities, Streets, Traffic Signals, Street Lights, Landscape, and etc.

Fun fact: a requirement of the development is to install 3.5 miles of sewer ranging in depths from 19’ to 35’ which will ultimately service 40,000 acres of future developments!

Project: Orange County Great Park, City of Irvine

Client: FivePoint Holdings, LLC

Moote Companies was relied upon to provide cost estimating and public bid administration for not only the residential portion of the project, but also the 688 acre Sports Park that included 25 tennis courts, 12 soccer fields, 5 softball fields, 7 baseball fields, 5 beach volleyball courts and 4 basketball courts – all of which included a championship stadium for each sport. Moote was the day to day support for our client administering all private and public bids, as well as the RFI and change order review process for the entire development from 2014 to 2017, bidding out over $180,000,000 of infrastructure and amenities.

Thank you to Century Communities for the opportunity to assist their team on bringing Ashland Springs, Lake Elsinore to life!

Moote Companies assisted with the project due diligence, land development site purchasing, CFD Public Bid Administration and onsite Construction Management. The team was able to successfully budget, purchase and deliver finished lots to start vertical construction on time and on budget!

Ashland Springs had their model opening in November and continues to build out the remaining phases.
