Hazelnut stone edging, check.

Fresh mulch and plantings, check.

All downspouts trenched in, check, check and check.

When working with such a beautiful new home, sometimes the "less is more" approach works best.

Great project for some truly great people!

Check out our latest project!

Before and after!

Water and drainage was a major concern, so we installed a large french drain under the patio.

Our system was battle tested in a two week and 10 plus inch monsoon, only to shine through with flying colors!

It's funny how projects often form their own nickname and this one was "Days of 1000 Cuts!"

We have some really amazing projects on the schedule, so stay tuned!

Had the absolute Pleasure of working with some of the greatest people in Iowa City for this one!!!

The old limestone wall was leaning and was one heavy rain from falling over. We replaced with Versalok's square foot block.

As we find with many of our tear outs, zero clean gravel behind the old wall. Zero drainage. Minimal base.

All that has been changed out and this new wall will be standing tall for many years to come!

There is definitely time to still get on our schedule.

It truly makes all the difference in the world to work with great people.

Thanks Lensing Family!

We look forward to helping with any and all stone projects in the future.

New Outcropping stone option that we had an opportunity to work with and absolutely love everything about it.

The color, the texture, the character.... We could go on and on.

We paired it with more of the hazelnut flagstone for a few small pathways, and some hazelnut steps. Everything blends perfectly.

Still room on the fall schedule.

A little bit of everything for this one, all mixed in with some tropical weather.

Water cooler was iced each and every morning, and empty each night.

Couldn't do this without the help of a couple really great guys. Very much appreciate all the hard work this week.

Another one on the books!

The steps are large irregular hazelnut pieces and the walls are natural boulders.

My hats off to the guys for putting in some long hours and absolutely crushing this project, and also to some of the best customers we have worked with to date.

This project was a great one and one we are very proud of. We have jokingly been calling it Phase One, as plans are in the works for a decorative natural boulder pond and patio/pergola later this summer.

It is always refreshing to work with such Great people, and often leads to long term relationships.

Thanks Riley Kleen for all the support and keeping us loaded with the Best stone available!

Awesome project, and awesome people!

Thank you!

Still time to get on our schedule as we still have space available this fall.

And as always, stay tuned, because we have some Major transformations coming to you soon!

Huge shoutout to the professionals at Walker Welding Nick Walker and Doug Yansky for helping button this one up!

Walker Welding absolutely Killed it with these sweet cable railings.

The customer wanted the railings to disappear against the timber back drop and Walker Welding nailed it.

Doug came in and helped reconstruct some stairs that were taken down during construction and also did an absolutely fantastic job!

It is always refreshing to work with like minded professionals who provide quality work.

Thank you guys and we look forward to working with you this year!

Stay tuned sports fans, we have a couple awesome big block walls going up as soon as the ground thaws out.
