Mardi Gras 2026 at Outdoor Resort Indio did NOT disappoint 💜💛💚

+ were proud sponsors again this year — and what a turnout! From the epic golf cart parade rolling through the park to the drink stations scattered throughout the resort… this community knows how to celebrate.

The night wrapped up with incredible food, a packed clubhouse, and one big party full of friends and neighbors.

We love being part of this lifestyle — not just building in it.

Phase one is officially underway at this Desert Shores project. 🔨

We’re kicking off a full transformation — opening things up, updating the major components, and setting the foundation for a clean, modern rebuild. A lot of prep work happening now, but this is where great projects really start.

This remodel will roll out in multiple phases, and the end result is going to be a big upgrade from top to bottom. Looking forward to sharing the progress as it takes shape.

Just did a quick walkthrough of a lot we built here at Outdoor Resorts Indio — and it’s officially SOLD! 🙌

This was a 2022 build and still one of my favorites. We went bold with the blue cabinets (first time ever 👀) and honestly… they turned out so good. The epoxy overlay looks like real wood planking, the vaulted T&G ceilings came out beautiful, and that golf course view never gets old. 🌴✨

We also packed this one with all the good stuff — outdoor BBQ island, fridge, sink, pop-up TV, floating vanity, lighted mirrors, washer/dryer… the works.

Always fun seeing these lots years later and knowing our clients are still loving them. Congrats to the new owners! 🔑

Quick little job walk with over at Outdoor Resort Indio to check in on this project after all that rain yesterday. I swear, every build at turns out so unique — the way each owner utilizes their lot always blows me away. And the views… never get old 🤩
