SOLD! We simply can’t contain our excitement any longer…1121 Hamilton has found her people! They are PERFECT for this house, and we love them already. I had the privilege of giving them a personal tour the day of their first showing. I knew the moment the wife complimented the stained glass front door, and even mentioned that it was one of her favorite parts when looking at pictures online, that I wanted them to make this their home. The husband pointed out the fancy glass door k***s (throughout the whole house), and I was simply smitten. They have two young children with another on the way. They looked at 50+ houses before finding this one (they even had a spreadsheet with equations for determining the “perfect” match, a couple after my own heart!). It made me so grateful that no one else had purchased her yet, because I can’t imagine anyone else here. I can’t really explain it, but it just felt…right. I could see them here. I could hear little feet pitter pattering down the halls, and a house filled with laughter and love. We are doing a couple of really fun upgrades for them, which the team is pumped about. We are installing a pot filler next to the stove, and swapping out a few of the cabinet door fronts with glass. Hooray and thank God for His perfect timing (which is not always my perfect timing, but I can see now they were worth waiting for!). 💕
