🦃Thanksgiving and ❄

Without refrigerated trucking, Thanksgiving as we know it would not be possible! Thanks to re**er units such as Thermo King Precedent, millions of families are able to get their turkeys and other traditional Thanksgiving foods. According to the USDA 46 million turkeys are consumed on Thanksgiving day which means those same 46 million had to be transported safely from farm to table. Turkeys must be kept cold or frozen in every step of the supply chain.

A Re**er download 🖥 is a report of temperatures in a refrigerated trailer unit for a specific date range. The default setting on Precedent units is to record the temperature every 15 minutes unless there is an event such as a defrost cycle ❄. Downloads can be done as often as you need, some customers even get them three times every week! 🗓

Re**er downloads are done via the USB port in the HMI. Be sure to keep the cap on the USB port because if it corrodes then a USB reader can no longer be inserted. 💾

Need a Re**er download? 📞 Call your local Thermo King Midwest location and come on in! The download process typically takes 30-45 minutes. Once the download is done you will receive the results as a PDF in an email.📩

Re**er downloads are critical because they show real time data and prove that the unit was operating correctly. ✅
