Responded to an emergency tub replacement request. The tub was cracked and leaking. It was necessary to cut out tile to remove the old tub, replace damaged subflooring, install a new 42" wide soaker tub, replace tile, and touch up drywall. Additional work includes installing LVP flooring and applying a fresh coat of paint.
