Another 7 Brew Coffee is officially underway in Wilmington, Ohio! ☕🚧

We’re proud to complete the full site-development package for this new location.

Our team’s scope includes sitework and grading, stormwater drainage systems, concrete and flatwork, curbing, asphalt paving, landscaping, and final building connections and testing. From preparing the site to completing the finishing touches, we’re building the foundation for a smooth opening and a location designed to serve the Wilmington community for years to come.

The 7 Brew Coffee next door is officially open for business — now it’s taco time.

Our Lewis Center, OH Taco Bell is going vertical, and the site is starting to take shape. After tackling the demo, underground utilities, sitework, and concrete across this development, we’re onto the next phase.

Coffee is flowing next door. Now we’re getting ready to serve up some tacos.

This 2025 season we have already delivered 4 new locations across IL + OH, with 2 more crossing the finish line and another kicking off our 2026 run. Fastest build so far? 47 days. We stay moving.
