This room has been many things since the island hotel was built back in 1859. For the last 25+ years it's been a storage room. This past week Laurie and bud dedicated the room to Stanley and Andy. It's now the bair cave.

We pulled the carpet. Laurie and I sanded the old paint off the floor. I plastered the texture on the ceiling to match. I painted the ceiling and walls the same color. I painted the vents and light cans to match. Then I stained the wood walls and the floors. Before staining the floor I patched some old spots that were wearing down. Laurie finished this beautiful room off with all the decorations. This room is now so cozy and warm. Perfect for private parties, or to just relax in during the weekends while you listen to the live music in the courtyard on the weekends. I'm so grateful to have been apart of this wonderful experience and the history of this beautiful building.

Here's an exterior job that has yet to be finished since Helene hit cedar key. I added drywall. Plastered the texture. Caulked. Then painted.

At finishing Touch painting services. We are pro home Depot. We are pro Americans! We are pro constitutional rights for all as described in the constitution. If you don't like that. Don't call us. We'd rather not paint for the Gestapo!

A spokesperson for Home Depot told Newsweek "We aren't coordinating with ICE or Border Patrol” following boycott calls.

A new construction house I was blessed to paint.
I covered all tile, windows and doors hinges.
I caulked the jambs, windows, ceilings, counters and spackled the nail holes.
Primed the walls.
Sprayed the jambs and doors.
Painted 2 coats on the walls.
Finished with the baseboards

A bump out that was added to a garage in cedar key!
I caulked the addition to the existing walls.
Spackled the nail holes.
Painted the body
Painted the trim.

A wall (both sides) I hung the drywall.
I Taped and mudded the walls.
I added the custom texture.
Primed then painted the walls to match the existing walls. (I did not take after photos of this wall painted. To be transparent the home owner and I got to talking and the air hockey table was turned on, I forgot to take after photos) I promise I painted them 😆

The outside porch of the key lime condo in cedar key. Caulked the wood and ceiling lines. Painted the ceiling blue and ran a fresh coat of trim white.

Key lime condo in cedar key. I repainted the entire condo. Caulked windows and door jambs. Baseboards and ceiling lines where needed. This is the top half of the condo.

Room 30 at the island hotel!
Caulked the ceiling line, crown, window and door jambs as well as baseboards. Painted the ceilings, all the trim and doors. Paint the bathroom with semigloss to prevent moisture from creating mold in high moisture areas. Painted 2 coats on the walls then the baseboards last. Cleaned up and put the room back together.
