This is what happens when you don't keep your system property cleaned and regularly change your filter. Make sure to check your filter at least once a month and change when dirty also give us a call to check your coil like this one not being maintained properly and cleaned caused this system to freeze up.

We service commercial units in businesses,homes,etc. This unit had a bad blower motor which almost caused a electrical fire. Make sure to have your system checked and cleaned to prevent any problems.

Gutter cleaning today. Customer states that they had a company come out less than a couple months ago and "they thoroughly cleaned them" when there was mini trees already growing in his gutters along with black mold etc. Such a shame people take advantage of others and don't do a job correctly.
