Pickles just came out the water bath.

I did figure out something after the fact of doing my 1st water bath pickles. I was very upset at the extra space once the water bath was done knowing i packed these jars super tight. But I did some research and found out how I will do the next round!. These are half pint jars and since im learning these are only $2 / jar. Once my next round of cucumbers come through I'll try some more plus dill ones. My dill plant isn't quite ready to cut and I have some organic dill seeds coming in as well for more dill flavor.

Garlic and Herb sourdough bread with all the herbs I slow dried right from my garden! This is a very proud moment for me with everything except the flour coming from this property. I do use all organic unbleached flour so it's still an accomplishment.

Garlic is in the oven roasting to bring out more flavor 😋

Just finished up another batch of Cowboy candy! We did learn after about 4+ days of sitting it taste 100 times more amazing with all the flavors! Its already good, but giving it a few days is the way to go! This batch is a little less heat and more sweet since I was asked to not leave all the seeds in it this time. 😉😁.

Bread sourdough or regular- Made to Order. $5-$15 depending inclusions.

Trying my hand at pickles. We shall see how these go while waiting on my cucumber plants make more. These are sweet and spicy pickles per husbands request.

I do have 2 jars left of cowboy candy for $12 a jar. I plan to make more this weekend (a little less spicy) in various sizes along with some apple jelly that's not as cane sugar sweet and my 1st set lol. Its a mix of apples instead of all red. 😉😉 should be jam up!

Post wedding homesteading! The wedding was grand and im trying to recover so I attempted my 1st cowboy candy. Letting the new husband test out a jar and if he approves then there will be more to come. Thank you everyone for the love and support ❤️
