What started as a tile repair job quickly revealed the real problem underneath.
The existing tile system was trapping water, leading to some serious rot in the subfloor and framing. We needed a solution that would allow this space to handle the elements without repeating the same problem.
Out with the tile, repairs made, and TimberTech decking going back in for a cleaner, longer-lasting, and better-draining finish.
