Bathroom Remodel after water damage officially wrapped up! 🔨

We shared the progress pictures from this project recently, and here is the finished product!

This bathroom received a complete refresh, including
• New tile flooring
• Double vanity with quartz countertop
• New sinks and fixtures
• Updated mirrors and lighting
• New tub/shower insert

I really like how all of the finishes came together on this one. The warm wood mirrors and brass accents give the room some character, while the black fixtures and darker floor help tie everything together.

Bathroom Reconstruction — Progress Update 🔨

It’s been a little while since we shared an update on this one, but we’ve been busy making some serious progress!

We took this project back to where it needed to be and have been rebuilding it from the ground up. From subfloor repairs and plumbing work to the finishes that are now starting to bring everything together, there’s a lot that goes into a reconstruction project before you ever see the finished product.

So far, we’ve completed:

• Subfloor repairs
• Plumbing work
• New tub & shower surround
• New vanity and countertop
• Drywall installation & first coat of mud
• Schluter-DITRA uncoupling membrane
• New 12x24 tile flooring
• Schluter-Schiene transition

We still have grout, drywall finishing, paint, trim, fixtures and the final details ahead of us, but this bathroom is really starting to take shape.

At Corning Home Construction, we handle more than just the finished surfaces. Whether it’s a bathroom remodel or reconstruction following property damage, our goal is to take care of the project from the repairs underneath all the way through the finished product.
