From Amy Frohock “Today my daughter Maddy was attending a JROTC competition field trip in Huntsville at Alabama A&M University when she experienced heat exhaustion that led to an autistic meltdown. What could have been a very frightening situation quickly changed thanks to Officer Bey.

The moment Officer Bey learned my daughter was autistic, she knew exactly how to help. She understood sensory triggers, helped calm my daughter, and handled the situation with incredible patience and compassion.

Not only did she care for my child, but she stayed in contact with me while I drove two hours to Huntsville, keeping me updated and helping keep me calm as a worried mom.

Because of her kindness and knowledge, what started as a terrifying moment turned into something positive. Once Maddy was feeling better, she even asked to see Officer Bey again just to thank her and give her a hug.

Officer Bey showed exactly how important it is for first responders to understand how to support individuals with autism. She truly went above and beyond, and she deserves recognition for the difference she made for my child and for our family.”

Just a little rant here. So I have been a locksmith for what seems to be a lifetime at this point!! I love what I do and love helping our community!! With that said and how large Huntsville is becoming we are getting a lot of so called wanna be "locksmiths" in our area. In the last couple weeks we have had several cars towed to our shop because these locksmiths don't have a clue what they are doing and are out here just trying to make a quick dollar. At the end of the day please do your research before hiring a locksmith. We have replaced several ecm over the last couple weeks and also several immobilizer units. So your 195 job turns out to be 800 plus dollars because you hired someone who's says they can do something without any research. I have a 04 vw bettle at my shop currently this guy called several locksmiths out to do this job and even had it towed to the dealership. We'll now it's at my shop and we are replacing the ecm so his 300 plus job just turned into a 700 dollar job. For the love of God don't let just anyone touch your car. Do your research please!!!! This could have all been prevented and saved a lot of time and money. End of rant hope this is read and understood we are extremely grateful to each and everyone of you but don't call us once it's to late something inexpensive can turn really expensive real quick

Here is the car running

Ok so I'm not going to go into full details about this job but my local Toyota dealership tells this customer to have his car towed to them to make a key. Long story short they couldn't do it go figure!!! So then they proceed to call there locksmith out who after 3 hours later tells them he cannot do anything. So this is when the customer contacts me and says hey is this something you can do? As always we respond yes bring it to our shop. So he proceeds to have it towed. It's been in our possession for less then 48 hours and now has a running and driving car again. Long story short just because it's a dealership doesn't mean they know what they are talking about will post a video of the car running above
