Going through memory lane. I value a good review so much. I love hearing from my customers and how much they appreciate our service. However, when you get a bad review it hurts in all kinds of ways, especially when you give it your all. It hurts emotionally and it hurts because other customers may not have faith in you as a professional after reading a bad review. I want my customers to believe in me and have confidence in my skill sets. It has been a journey learning my profession. Remember, there are people who you can’t please no matter what you do for them. Also remember there are two sides to the story. One job created two bad reviews for me. A husband and wife reviewed me, one giving a 2 and the other a 1. And they contradicted one another, one saying 6 days and the other two weeks before getting them a receipt. Did the job the Wed before Memorial Day and they asked for a receipt on Friday. My secretary was not in town and I told them that she would be available the following Tuesday. Monday I received a call from them again wanting a receipt. Got it to them that day.
Businesses ask for you to not be malicious. The other review that was a 1, was not even a customer. Give us a honest review, one that reflects your experience. It’s hard enough running a business without people trying to destroy your reputation. I speak for all business that are reviewed on the internet. What do you think?
