This window was designed to maximize natural light and create a strong connection to the outdoors. The white oak surrounds (specified by the team at Lauren Haskett Design) add warmth and architectural depth.

We also built the casing to house components for automatic sheer drapes which open and close at the touch of a button. It’s a beautiful (and highly functional) detail that filters light during the day and provides privacy in the evenings.

Timber‑oak beams, plaster walls, and white‑oak floors, were all beautifully specified by Lauren Haskett Design. We also installed custom white‑oak window surrounds to bring warmth and architectural depth, as well as automatic sheer drapes that filter light throughout the day and create a gentle sense of privacy at night.
