🎉 Join us in welcoming our newest team member! 🎉
We’re excited to welcome Waylon Windmann to the team as a Connector/Welder (Ironwork)!
Waylon brings a strong background in ironwork, starting with farming during his high school years, followed by two years as an ironworker, a year working a local job, and then returning to his roots in ironwork. His hands-on experience and work ethic make him a great addition to our crew.
Outside of work, Waylon enjoys working on small engines and unwinding with friends.
When asked why he chose Bountiful/Skyhook, Waylon shared that two current employees encouraged him multiple times to give the company a try—and we’re happy to say he’s enjoying it so far!

🌟 Welcome Back, Priscilla Williams! 🌟
We’re excited to welcome Priscilla to her new role at Bountiful! She previously worked with us a few years ago as a summer cook while also holding a general support services role for four years — and we’re thrilled to have her return.
Priscilla enjoys basketball, summer activities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
She shared that a friend encouraged her to explore new opportunities at Bountiful Steel, and she’s so glad she did — this role has already become her favorite career experience.

We’re excited to welcome Trevor Hummel to our team! Trevor brings a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic shaped by a lifetime in the trades. Having started trade work at just 15, he has built an impressive and varied career over the last two decades.

Trevor began ironworking in 2021, and before that, he put himself through welding school—earning his diploma at age 32 through sheer determination and commitment, and even time spent as a pre-med student. His experience includes steel er****on, building cell phone towers, welding, and demonstrating his drive to learn and grow in any environment. Trevor loves building—anything and everything—and it shows in his work.

Outside of the job, Trevor stays just as active. He enjoys crafting his own knives, playing sports, golfing, working on projects around the house, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family, who he proudly shares is his number one priority.

Blake brings strong hands-on experience in heavy equipment and crane operations, including lifting equipment into industrial buildings, contributing to major infrastructure projects, and managing large crews loading trailers with moisture, equipment, and vehicle logs headed to hurricane disaster areas.
He is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to working safely and efficiently—qualities that make him a great addition to our crew!
When he’s off the clock, Blake enjoys the outdoors and staying active. He can often be found driving his Jeep or 4 wheelers, out on the water on a boat and jet skis, mudding, or spending time with family.

🌟Let's welcome our newest team member Joe Luff🌟 He is new to the trade, but he brings an impressive work ethic and diverse background with him. Before joining us, Joe worked as a machinist and a security supervisor, giving him strong attention to detail, discipline, and a commitment to quality—all traits that will serve him well in the paint bay.
In his free time, Joe enjoys painting and restoring cars, bringing them back to life.
He also loves spending time on the dance floor, especially two-step country dancing and swing dancing.
We’re thrilled to have Joe on board and can’t wait to see the talent, energy, and enthusiasm he brings to the team.
