Happy Wednesday to you.

Today for your viewing pleasure we have a Senville 48k condenser with 6x indoor units.

Its been some time since ive used a 24k floor mount unit, im happy to see the included wifi thermostat, and a flexible condenstate drain attachment.

As usual this system is designed to be the new primany heating system, displacing an oil fired forced hot water basebord heating system.

Stay tuned 😉

Just a quick one day install.

Customer supplied mini split system, professionally installed by yours truly 🙌

No line hide anywhere, no access holes cut in the drywall, just used my many years of experience to make this one turn out perfect 👌

Not a fan mounting the condenser to the wood wall, but with the vibration dampers, made the best out of it.

Enjoy 😉

Happy Saturday everyone. Today we have another Senville 48k condenser with 6x indoor wall mounted units.

Used a couple leto 9k heads here, as there was not a lot of wall space available. Originally was going to use a floor mount unit in the kitchen, but come.to find out there was no access under this part of the house, thus letto 9k to the rescue.

3 units Upstairs, 3 units downstairs. Lines ran through the attic insulation, lines free run in the basement. This is as clean as it could possibly get.

This system was installed to be the new primany heating system, replacing an old oil fired steam heating system. Safe to say the homeowners will enjoy reduced heating costs, better temperature control, and of course the cooling 😎

Stay tuned for the next one.

And just like that, another rough in for a Senville 48k condenser with 6x indoor wall mounted units.

All the lines inside the walls, and ceiling. Condenser through bolted to the foundation.

Senville linesets, with uv resistant insulation outside where it counts.

This system is a good as it can possibly can get. The orginal heating system here was a forced hot air gas furnace. Ductwork took up wayyy to much space. No regrets making this switch.

Stay tuned for the Update when the other trades complete there fine work 👌 👏 👍

Good evening everyone, happy Friday, I hope everyone is well.

It took some time (4 weeks) but its all done, presented to anyone considering switching, 3x Senville 48k condensers with 18x indoor wall mounted units.... yeah thats a lot! 💯

Only the best 👌 for every consideration presented in this job. Example, all 970 feet of lineset, 1000 feet of wire, and 420 feet of drain....ran inside the walls, and free run in the basement... NOTHING showing outside, with the exception of the 3x condensers, and 4x archer drains. Again only the best 👌

Inside with only having to make and patch 18 holes in the drywall/ horsehair plaster, NOTHING is visible. Simply perfect 👍

Why install such a large system? This is being used as the new primany heating/cooling systems for large 4 bedroom appartments... finally putting to rest old gas fired steam heating systems. No matter how you look at it, compared to steam, mini splits are the more cost effective to operate. No more uncontrollable temperature swings of steam. Set your temperature, and the mini split maintains it.
Not to mention no more of them window air conditioners.

Thats all, stay tuned for the next one.

Sometimes, its better to go ductless vs fixing an old roof mount gas pack.

Today we have a Senville 24k mini split system, serving a well known breakfast dinner in the Worcester area.

The old central air serving the dining room has been retired. The customer looks forward to much lower energy bills, better temperature control, easier maintenance. What more could anyone ask for?

Other note, had a battle with a paper wasps nest near the condenser. Took a hit, but won the battle 💪 😎

Stay tuned for the next one.
