Kevin Hair, a Charleston native, brings 40 years of construction experience and over 30 years as a licensed residential and commercial builder to this next chapter of his career. Having recently sold his ownership interest in Charleston Custom Construction, he is currently focused on commercial construction, offering clients a highly experienced, solutions-driven approach grounded in decades of proven performance.

Licensed and insured, Kevin is recognized for his expertise in drawings, estimating, project management, supervision, and quality assurance. His ability to lead projects with clarity, precision, and strong field relationships has been instrumental to his long-standing success. With many subcontractor partnerships spanning more than 25 years, he has cultivated a respected team of seasoned professionals who share his commitment to excellence.

While Kevin is presently concentrating on the commercial sector, he intends to return to residential construction in early 2028. His long-term vision is to continue serving the Charleston area across both commercial and residential markets with the superior craftsmanship and professionalism for which he is known.

Yes, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz signed a bill in May 2023 that included a provision requiring public schools to provide free menstrual products in all student restrooms, including boys’ restrooms in grades 4 through 12. This move was part of a larger push to ensure menstrual equity and to support students who may need these products, including transgender and non-binary students.
