Position Summary
As a team lead you will be supervising a crew from 2 to 6 operators. You will process material in a safe, effective timely manner in compliance with all SOP's, company, federal, state, and local regulations/policies. Operate a variety of equipment used in the removal and land application of solids from wastewater and water treatment facilities. You will Safely operate all equipment as necessary, including but not limited to ag style tractors, umbilical cord applicator, front-end loader, excavator, dredge, centrifuge, road tractor, spreader box, and pickup truck. Maintain a professional company image at all times.
Qualifications
• 5 years experience in agriculture, construction or similar field
• 2 years experience as a team or project lead
• Valid drivers license
• CDL preferred and receive higher pay
Desired Skills
• Background in agriculture
• Background in wastewater
• Background in equipment operation
Travel/Schedule
• Ability to travel 80% to 100%. All employees must be able to travel during the workweek
• Weekend work at times
• Flexible schedule
• Paid travel and lodging
• Candidates can live remotely and travel to projects throughout the Midwest
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move items up to 75 pounds.
Compensation
$65,000.00 to $90,000.00 Annually

Land Application Umbilical Cord Operator

CDL Class A Driver/ Laborer

As a driver/ laborer you will be working with experienced operators, you will learn the processing of material in a safe, effective timely manner in compliance with all SOP's, company, federal, state, and local regulations/policies. Operate a variety of equipment used in the removal and land application of solids from wastewater and water treatment facilities. Learn to safely operate all equipment as necessary, including but not limited to ag style tractors, umbilical cord applicator, front-end loader, excavator, dredge, centrifuge, road tractor, spreader box, and pickup truck. Maintain a professional company image at all times.

• Class A CDL (receive higher pay than Class C drivers)
• Ability to acquire tanker endorsement with in the first 30 days
• At least a valid drivers license for laborers
