Our very first strawberry of the season!🍓

After checking the plants every day, we finally had our first ripe strawberry and it was gone in about 2 seconds after finding it! 😅

There’s just something special about the first strawberry of the year, especially when little hands are the ones picking it.

Berry season is officially starting at The Peckstead.

We've been working on weeding, tilling, building, planting and rearranging things to fit our needs.

We are SO excited to share our goodies with you all at our farm stand soon! The scrapes, cuts, sun burns and sore muscles will all be worth it! 😉

Our strawberries are loaded with blooms right now and the tiny berries are just starting to form. We are impatiently waiting for the first ripe one.

Every flower means a potential strawberry, so they may look very green right now, but berry season is coming fast! ☀️
